Izwi Labantu was a newspaper that was published at East London between 1897 and 1908. It was printed in Xhosa, English and Sesotho.

Financial backing for the enterprise came from Cecil John Rhodes, while local clergyman and, later, politician Walter Rubusana were prominent in its foundation.

Alan Kirkland Soga was its first editor.
